City-to-city rides are direct routes without additional stops. If you need extra stops, it is best to book them separately in advance.

Can I cancel my ride?

Yes. You can cancel a ride free of charge up to 1 hour before the scheduled pickup. Just call us or send a message on WhatsApp.

What vehicles does Black Chauffeurs use?

Black Chauffeurs offers several vehicle classes: Business Class, Electric Class, First Class and Business Van/SUV. All are high-end models. We cannot guarantee a specific model or colour, but you can see the current selection during booking.

When will I receive the chauffeur's contact information?

Your chauffeur's details — name, phone number, vehicle model and licence plate — are sent about 1 hour before pickup. If you are booking for someone else, the details go to the contact you provide.

What happens if the chauffeur is late?

If your chauffeur is running late you can reach them directly in the Black Chauffeurs app or by phone. You can also cancel in line with the applicable cancellation policy.

What if I cannot find my chauffeur at the pickup point?

Call or message your chauffeur on the number sent to you an hour before pickup. If you cannot reach them, call our dispatch team on +1 833 804 0339 and we will locate your car straight away.

Do your chauffeurs speak English?

Yes. All Black Chauffeurs drivers speak English.

Can I add child seats to the booking?

Yes. You can request child seats when booking your ride. Let us know your requirements and we will do our best to accommodate them.
