When will I receive the chauffeur's contact information?

Chauffeur details, including name, phone number, vehicle model, and license plate, are sent about 1 hour before pickup.

What happens if the chauffeur is late?

If your chauffeur is delayed, you can contact them in the app or by phone. You can also cancel according to the applicable cancellation policy.
