Your terminal is set by the operating airline. Air Canada and Star Alliance partners (United, Lufthansa, Air China, etc.) use Terminal 1. Most other international carriers — American, British Airways, Delta, Air France, Emirates and similar — use Terminal 3. When you book, include your flight number and we'll route your chauffeur to the correct terminal automatically.

We monitor your flight and adjust pickup at no extra charge. If your inbound is delayed, early, or diverted, dispatch reschedules automatically — you don't need to call. The first 60 minutes of arrivals wait after landing is included, which comfortably covers standard customs and baggage times.

At Terminal 1, the chauffeur waits at the interior meeting area on Level 1, just past the customs sliding doors, with a name sign. At Terminal 3, the chauffeur waits in the arrivals hall past the customs exit. Both meeting points are inside the terminal, not at the curb, so you don't need to walk to the parking garage or an off-site lot.

Fares are flat-rate by pickup postal code and vehicle tier. Downtown Toronto to YYZ typically ranges from a Sedan starting rate up through Business Van and First Class tiers. Mississauga and Brampton pickups are cheaper because the drive is shorter. You'll see the exact fare before you confirm — no meter, no surge, no per-minute charge.

Yes — we handle both. Departures are drop-off at the airline's check-in level (Level 3 at Terminal 1 and Terminal 3), and arrivals are meet-and-greet inside the terminal after customs. Round-trip bookings are available at a combined rate.

Yes. If you're changing airlines between terminals — for example, arriving on Delta at T3 and connecting to a car service after clearing customs — we pick up at the arriving terminal. Note that same-airport terminal changes on the free Terminal Link train take 5–10 minutes and are usually done inside security, so you likely won't need a chauffeur for that specific move.

For international departures out of Terminal 1, we recommend a downtown Toronto pickup 3.5 hours before scheduled departure to cover rush-hour Gardiner delays and the walk from curb to check-in. For domestic and transborder flights out of Terminal 3, 2.5 hours is typically enough outside peak hours. From Mississauga or Brampton, subtract 20–30 minutes.
